Our team just enjoyed a team retreat in the winter wonderland in Davos. We spent three days together doing a torch-lit hike, distributing the team tasks, and strengthening our resilience. Additionally, we even managed to build an iglu that was big enough that all of us could enjoy "Feuerzangenbowle" inside!
